Specifically we have had requests from users to be able to sort by "Queue" and according to the documentation and support, this is not possible on our end. They mentioned it is possible though by updating a sproc. So it would be nice to get some more...

It would be great to be able to select a work type in designer mode and enter in a work object to test to see what route it goes through. Being able to see it visually and track where it goes and see why would be extremely helpful.
