HI @Neel1 thanks for the response. I have just tried the following action and still get the same issue. I'll go an check the Dive ID and Site ID now to see if there incorrect.

I noticed that the standard send mail action wasn't posting any 'body' I changed this action to 'post JSON and dropped in the JSON request. A simple change but worth noting. see below
