Blue Prism 7.0 is now available for evaluating the new features and capabilities

We're delighted to announce the availability of Blue Prism 7.0! Blue Prism Version 7 makes it even easier for you to build a digital workforce that scales faster than ever, is simpler to manage, and is highly flexible to support your transformation strategy.

Key features of version 7.0 include:

  • Digital Workers at Scale – Increase the number of runtime resources that Blue Prism can interact with the Application Server Controlled Resources (ASCR) feature i. With ASCR, interactive clients communicate with available runtime resources via the application server so that individual connections are not required.
  • Native Citrix Automation – Automate applications presented in a Citrix Virtual Desktop Environment (VDE) using a new dedicated spy mode in the Application Modeller.
  • Blue Prism API – Our new API provides a series of predefined capabilities that can be used by custom solutions to interact with Blue Prism programmatically using a REST API. The API enables integration with the latest version of Blue Prism Hub to access the new Control Room plugin.
  • Browser-based Control Room – View and manage Blue Prism activity for work queues, schedules, and sessions across multiple environments in a web-based application.
  • Authentication Server – Centrally manage authentication across three key components of the Blue Prism platform: Blue Prism Enterprise, API, and Hub.
