  • 1.  Decipher regions not working properly

    Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with Decipher where I need to get a value from a field of the total value of an invoice, so I used the money type on my DFD and input the keyword of the label of the field, but I'm facing a problem where the region doesn't get all the money value from the field, as it says below.

    I've already tried to resize the region multiple times, but Decipher keeps getting the same case. Is there any way on my DFD to get it properly? Follows the DFD configuration of the field.

    Hi Carlos.

    Did you try text instead of money? I prefer to use text for most values and then examine the data in the Blue Prism process.

    Hi Jack, the problem with the text is that he will keep region the regions/OCR wrong, like in the case below where he puts an 8 where it needs to be a *.

Decipher IDP is currently available without additional cost to Blue Prism customers with Production or Business-Critical support.
