It's time for us to start talking about Enterprise AI. Now that the AI hype-cycle is calming down, and the reality of both the risks and opportunities that AI can bring is much more clear, we're keen to share what we've learned over the past year.

And that's because we've been busy behind the scenes. We've put AI to work across SS&C's business units, serving thousands of customers worldwide in some of the most highly sensitive, regulated industries in the world - including financial services and healthcare.

Through that work, we've come to understand:

• The risks involved with processing highly sensitive data using AI
• The importance of mitigating those risks with governance, guardrails and oversight
• The best practices for deploying AI technologies safely, with the greatest chance of success.

• If you're hungry for more after that, carry on with the series.

If you work in financial services:

If you don't work in financial services and have a good understanding of AI already:

• Watch episode 3 - risk and compliance
• Skip to episode 10 - laying the foundation for AI.
