Extension Edge Não Detectada

Boa Tarde pessoal!
Estou enfrentando um problema referente a extensão do blueprism na versão 6.10.2, depois da execução de 7 itens da fila no oitavo o mesmo acusa que a extensão do navegador não foi encontrada, mas alguém já passou por isso?

"ERROR: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch Main Page' - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide."

Ja tentei com a porta 31924 ativa e desativada.
