💡 Tip: It's always best to phrase your search query as if you were asking someone else for help
Once you commence your search, you'll be taken to a page where you can filter your results to find exactly what you need.
There's a variety of settings here:
- The Source filter allows you to narrow your search down to specific sites. For example, if you're only searching for learning courses you can take, narrow your search down to the University site only.
- The Content Type filter will help you find specific kinds of content. For example, if you're looking for thought-leadership on a topic, narrow your search down to blogs.
- Choosing to sort your results by Relevance will list all the content that matches your search terms, ordered according to what other users with similar search terms have found useful in the past. This is useful to find information that isn't time sensitive (for example, thought leadership or release notes for a specific version of SS&C Blue Prism)
- Sorting your result by Date will order the list by content items which match your search, with the most recently published item at the top. This is great for finding the latest information on a topic.
Once you find what you're looking for, all you need to do is click the search result to go to it!
