The Chorus Content Viewer can open sources in the file's native format, such as XLS when configured. The request is, the name of the opened file is the OBJECT ID, instead of the file name. This is also true for the 'save as' function.
The ask to have an option to open attachments using the FLNM name (if available) instead of the OBJECT ID.
