Community Chat window

Can we add a simple chat window on here like we see on LinkedIn or other similar platforms . By simply seeing who is online and quick responses etc. I do see that we have our mailing system to connect with others but its very long process to go in inbox and write something and so ! A simple chat pane on this community will let community members to grow together and connect quickly in much faster ways!
