Foreground loading animation when hit Recommend button on BP Community Posts

When we click Recommend button on any post, it actually shows loading animation window in foreground and takes 1-3 seconds to mark Recommend. Instead, we can have it work in the background and no loading animation shown to the user on-screen.
Just to enhance the look and feel of the portal we need to improve this.

This "loading" display happens across the platform when carrying out in-page tasks and changes.

We're unable to change how this works.
