AVO.REGX Compatibility with BP 7.1

The AVO.REGX assert is very useful.
Unfortunately upgrading to version 7.1 trying to call methods from the object result in "Internal : Initialization failed: Visual business object not valid - Input string was not in a correct format."

This is such a useful asset I'm hoping  AVO could update the VBO.​​​

Hi @EmmettBlake,

I've experienced some weird behavior with that VBO under BP v7.1 too. I've reached out to some contacts at AVO to see if they can take a look at it. Hopefully we'll have some feedback in the next day or so.

I figured out the issue. Open the VBO and go to the ​Regex Replace action. Double-click on the Page Information block, highlight the contents of the Description and delete it all. Yes, weird I know, but it works for me. I can't explain what it is that BP doesn't like about the contents of that description, but removing it will allow you to move forward with the VBO.

Weird! Thank you, that seems to have fixed things.
I think that shows BP must have some sort of memory management problem with description text for that to interfere with loading an object.​
