We have a mixed RPA environment consisting of Citrix and VM machines. The VMs and Citrix machines have the same setup (same specs, same software), however the Citrix machines outperform the VM machines across various processes.
What could be causing this?
We have tried swapping the code references to one VM and one Citrix machine - with no difference seen in output.
We have also tried providing a handful of VMs with more RAM, larger HDD - with no improvement (They do have a 64 bit OS).
I'd expect VMs and Citrix machines with the same setup to perform similarly and have a similar automation rate and speed.
