Hello BP Community,

Just wanted to let you know that we've pushed some changes to the DX platform.

  • Assets are now listed on the Explore page based on their Last Updated date, so assets with recent changes will be displayed before assets that haven't been updated in a while.
  • The missing additional resources section is now displayed again for assets that include additional resources such as DLLs, example processes, etc.
  • Documents (ex. user guides) are now opened in a separate tab in the browser instead of downloading. You can still download them though. You just do it from the PDF viewer in the browser tab.
  • The DX remembers your search now. If you search for something, go into an asset page, and then press the back button, you will be taken back to the same display of searched assets.

Good to know. Especially the PDF change was much needed for sure....

Nothing seems to work here on DX. Using Chrome browser.
Downloading assets takes you back to the asset overview page.
Download pdf opens a new window as described, but there are no relation to pdf documents, it refers to links like this: blob:https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/a9bc0cd8-8727-4bf7-8f9f-3e6aa5ab0a81

Can you verify that you're logged in? If so, please clear your browser cache and try again. If that doesn't work, let me know.

I can confirm that I am logged in and cache have been cleared. This morning I am able to download ressources, but PDFs are still not getting fetched.

When I click "User guide" a new tab opens up. There is an "Open" (Åbn) button, but the button does nothing, and nothing is downloaded either.

@Mats__Pettersson it seems almost like you don't have a PDF viewer installed that the browser can use. Are you able to open other PDFs in your browser?

Hello @ewilson  - For below asset of One note- User guide is not opening properly. For other asset - proper PDF is coming in new browser tab.

As of now - i choose word option to open this but this is behaving differently than other assets on DX.

Thanks @ewilson .!  I can see the PDF now.

Thank you Eric, yes - it was a mistake on my part. After the chrome extension manifest update, it seems that our default pdf viewer foxit is no longer supported in chrome. I access the PDFs just fine in edge now.
