Is it possible to have emails sent by BP through Outlook to set a "Direct Replies To"?

For a process to email documents to customers for the customer service team, they would like replying customers to be able to reply to the email and have it directed back to the customer service team email address instead of the robot's email address.

Essentially, I want to mimic the action that exists in Outlook under Options: Direct Replies To.

I think you are looking for MailItem.ReplyRecipients property (Outlook) | Microsoft Docs. You can edit the MS Outlook VBO to add ReplyRecipients.
