Hi,
Assuming a process which tries to save the values entered onto SAP screen and faces a pop named "Server Busy" .

When this pop up is encountered the resource goes into warning state and BluePrism hangs until the pop up is manually closed by clicking on any of the buttons. So, are they any techniques to get it back to normal state or terminate that particular session without manual intervention?
Thanks

Hi,
Have you been able to identify the pop-up window or do you know when it is displayed? you can use global send key and send the ENTER button and focus is what the button that closes the popup has. You can identify it with region mode.
see you later!
