I haven't done this myself, but I can hazard a guess that you would have to make use of Windows Installer (msiexec.exe) and Blue Prism's AutomateC.exe command line utility. So, you would use msiexec to run the actual Blue Prism installer and then you would have a script that invokes AutomateC to configure the database connection for the instance.
