How to handle with pop-ups in browser based applications

I have spied an pop-up in browser based application, but the behavior of the pop-up is not working as expected to work.
It is showing TRUE value even if pop-up is not available, where it as to show FALSE.

And this kind of scenario is working in Microsoft Windows Home Edition but Not Working in Windows 10 Pro Edition.

Does anyone have faced this issue before?

What would be the solution?

Any suggestions and answers would be helpful.

Hi. Often the pop up is outside of the app reach, therefore you shall detach the current IE window, then attach the pop up based on title. Do you activity, then when you finish, you reattach the previous window. Alternatively you have another object which you can attach the pop up based on title, then do the activity. Don't forget to detach after.
