One of my friend 's account has been blocked in
BP portal and License have also been blocked ( Learning edition ) 1. After emailing to
support@blueprism.com ,Automated email says - request is on hold , because the bot was not able to identify the email id

Your support ticket 94076 related to License Activation is currently on hold as our system does not recognise you as a verified support contact. Have you tried posting or browsing for an answer to your query on the Blue Prism Community? The answer may be there waiting for you!" 2. But email was the registered one , do we have any alternative way solve this issue ?
