Rajeev,

I encourage you to take a look at Blue Prism's Robotic Operating Model (ROM) which is a framework for an RPA initiative and considers all of the people/processes/infrastructure that surround an RPA initiative. The introduction to the ROM is on the Blue Prism Portal: https://portal.blueprism.com/rom

Additionally, there is a variety of documentation specific to the ROM in the Portal's document repository: https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/standard?title=&category=3&lang=1382

Lastly, there is a training and certification offering specifically focused on the ROM: https://portal.blueprism.com/university/certification

Cheers
