Not able to access outlook 365 mails

Our company moved to outllok 365 and I want to access mails .While doing same I am getting below error while executing second stage.First stage give me true value(check access to mailbox)Please guide me

Hi Sunil,

I just downloaded the VBO and tested it on my laptop. I was able to verify my Inbox and pull a collection of emails with a certain subject. However, it took quite a while to match against an inbox of almost 12,000 emails. I ran a few different tests, but I haven't been able to replicate your specific issue.

Are you searching a subfolder within the mailbox folder or just the main mailbox folder?
