I'm working on web based chrome application which is AI powered Website.
So, I am facing a spy (UI Automation Mode) problem as follows.
1. Element Spy is NOT working in Windows 10 Pro Edition.
Chrome Version: Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Blue Prism Browser Extension Version: Version 2.0.0.1
Blue Prism Software Version: 6.7 Version
Windows System Version: as shown in below image
Note: Here in Windows Pro Edition the spy is selecting the entire window (I mean End to End Window).
2. Element Spy is working in Windows 10 Home Edition.
Chrome Version: Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Blue Prism Browser Extension Version: Version 2.0.0.1
Blue Prism Software Version: 6.7 Version
Windows System Version:
Note: Here in Windows Home Edition the spy is selecting the individual elements in the window.
So, My requirement is to work in Windows Pro Edition but it is not working. What do I do please suggest me?
Thanks in Advance.
Best Regards,
Jilani.

I am not aware of any "Window 10 Pro" specific chrome issues however here are a few KB articles from our BP Portal that may prove helpful to review and ensure your Chrome browser is configured properly.
