To our Digital Exchange users,
We want to share an important change to the Digital Exchange (DX).
To make it even easier to access assets you need to rapidly develop, extend, and reuse your automations, we’re introducing a new digital marketplace. Featuring an intuitive user interface and an AI-based search capability, the new DX will streamline and enhance the user experience, while accelerating your time to value.
The way you access the DX, DX support, or the DX Community will not change. As a reminder:
There will be a short period where asset owners will not be able to self-service their updates. This includes Community posted assets as well as Technology Alliance Partners who are selling their third-party assets on the DX. Updates, changes and uploads can be requested through a change request initiated here.
We hope you enjoy your new DX experience and look forward to your feedback, as always.

Nice work on the Digital Exchange look and feel. Still getting used to it, but I think I like it alreay.
(My version of a 'First Post', I guess).
Thanks,

Just a quick note regarding this change, if you've cached the URL digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/search, you'll want to remove the trailing dx/search portion such that your url is only digitalexchange.blueprism.com.

Eric

If you experience any issue accessing the new DX platform, please clear your browser history/cache. You might need to do this going back 4 weeks depending on the settings of your chosen browser. Here's an example from Microsoft Edge:

Hello @ewilson @Michael_S
New GUI looks really good. I have few observations which i am sharing below
5. I am not able to find option for subscribe now. although existing subscribe count is showing.
how this will work going forward.
6. Will there be any option in future to add asset to favorite so that user can navigate to their favorite asset.
7.How the updates to asset will be visible to user. In old URL- We have Alert type of button which show as "new update available"
8.Where is the option which shows that asset is tested on which BP version. this option was there earlier.

Red, thank you so much for sharing this 🙂 I know the team are excited about the new platform, and lots still to build, but the feedback is motivating and appreciated!

Hi @Neel1 ,
Thank you for the feedback. We're working diligently to roll out functionality to the new DX platform. You can expect to see a lot of the capabilities coming over the next 4 - 8 weeks.
Regarding old links, we are working on a redirect capability that will transfer requests for old URLs to the current DX asset URL. In the interim, the search capability of the DX has been greatly improved using our new AI-based search feature, so a quick search using the name or brief description of the asset should bring it right up for you.
Regarding the Ideas page, yes that feature is coming back shortly.
Cheers,
Eric

Hello,
I tried to download MS Excel VBO from - https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/.
After 15 minutes of trying to get the file I finally got it (most of the time clicking download navigated back to main view without downloading, between tries I tried couple of browsers, cleared cookies and restarted computer).
FYI - there are some issues with downloading packages and objects.

Thank you for highlighting this issue and I'm also experiencing the same for the first time download and for the second time I'm able to download it as usual.
@ewilson Can anyone help on this issue?
