When we try to install - Blue Prism Interact Plugin. It will display upload a new license option.

Could you please assist us from which source we can get license file to upload here. Please refer below screen shot.

Hi Karthik,

It is a physical file you must obtain separately. You should try to reach out to your Blue Prism account team if such has not been made avaiable to your organisation. Note that customers with paid support are entitled to Interact licenses with no additional cost.

And also assist us from which source we can get license file for community edition (trial) to proceed further.

Hi Karthik,

Unfortunately, community edition is limited to the core Blue Prism product. Licenses for Hub/ALM/Interact/Decipher are only available for Blue Prism customers with paid support. 

If your organisation is in the process of trialing Blue Prism, please kindly reach out to your Blue Prism account manager if you wish to discuss access to Hub/ALM/Interact/Decipher.
