Hi Everyone,
I'm new in blue prism and just created a process in which I am using Acquire Lock Action.
I have run my process but after sometime it crashed with exception but the lock was not released automatically.
Now when i am running my process it saying there is a lock but when i am trying to see any locks in process in Environment Locks under system tab in blue prism, it is blank. there is no lock for my process.
Please help me out to resolve this issue ...
I tried to recreate this scenario but it worked fine for me.

After the session ended, the env lock got auto-released, and when I query for lock next time it says Lock Held=False.
Did you try with a new Env lock item and see? Also is there any other process that uses the same environment lock? Because there might be a chance that the different process unlocked it.
