Merging Collections

Hi, hope this is the correct forum. So I am trying to merge a collection with only a header (no rows)with a collection without headers (only rows). Can that be done? It doesnt work so maybe I need to use something else instead?

Its definitely possible to do it . It just a matter how you want to do it. 

Below is one of the way I  added the column names for the final collection with out adding any rows

If your requirement is just to set headers of one to other collection then try 

"Set Column Names From Expected Collection" action from utility - collection Manipulation
