Refrence not found-dll file

Hi I am using google API custom code activity. It throwing following error.

Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Could not load file or assembly 'Google.Ads.Common, Version=9.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=*' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have added the dll file to the required folder of same version

If you've added the dll file to the required folder, you may still need to include it in the "Code Options" tab of the Object's Properties.  Has this also been done?
