you have to choose process studio as business logic needs to be implement in process and 
object studio used to interact with target application.

To tie all the responses together.

1. You need to import the MS Excel VBO into your environment first.
2. Once you have the VBO imported, you will create a process in Process Studio to implement your specific use case of interacting with Excel. You will use the MS Excel VBO within that process to perform the necessary Excel actions (ex. start Excel, open a workbook, update a cell, etc).
