Hi,

I'm using windows10, and . BP . 6.5.

I'm still new to BP, and try to re-do an exercise using "https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/" and "chrome".

My problem is that I'm not able to write into the "from" currency.  I have tried multiple things and not success. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the skill available on the DX portal (https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/) for the same? It provides you with different actions to directly use the features available on the XE Converter.

Hi Charbel,

Becuase of the redesign of the website, those combo boxes become more complex to manage, so you need to take anothe approach to interact with them.
The one that works for me is the following:

1. Use Global mouse click in order to open the combo box
2. Use Global send keys and write the abbreviation of the currency for example {USD}
3. Use Global send keys and write {TAB} this will keep and select the currency that you already wrote.
