Digital Exchange에서 "sms"로 검색해보니 아래 Textbelt란 서비스가 sms를 보내는 서비스로 보입니다. DX에는 없지만, 영어 커뮤니티에서 twilio라는 서비스를 소개한 내용도 있어서 아래 링크를 드립니다

구글 웹메시지를 이용해보시는건 어떠실까요? 배포된 자산은 없지만, spying을 통해 금방 만드실 수 있으실 것 같습니다.
