Hi all,
I was just wondering if there is a way to capture metrics on how well the actual PC role is doing, and if anyone is currently using something similar?
Currently we report on how well the processes are doing such as completed cases, business and system exceptions. However is there a way to capture how well the role is actually doing?
We currently just base how well the person is doing based on verbal feedback from the client, however, is there a better more objective and black & white?
