6.5 version process studio bug

Hello,

I recently noticed, that while working in process studio some UI elements disappear randomly, like refresh button (I guess majority of those which are "standard").

And the last is just to show that all the usual toolboxes are enabled. 

Is it really a bug or some new feature in the new BP version? Any help with that?
