HI Team,
i had configured an alert message for one of my process, it worked for quite somtime.
But suddenly it stopped working and when i try to open the alert configuration i get the following error
"A configuration error has occurred while reading alert history details"
so i basically want to reset it or make it work.
so have someone come across this error or some suggestions how to remove this error.

What's the version of Blue Prism do you currently use?
As an initial troubleshooting step:
- Disable the Configured Process Alert for your specific process.
- Rename the process under the Process Information.
- Enable the Configured Process Alert for your renamed process again.

Hi Team
I have also recently come across this issue, I have disabled (unticked) the "Configured Process Alerts" for all the process, though it is still coming up with the original error?
I have tried to rename one of the process as mentioned above, though this did not seem to fix the issue.
Has anyone else come across a similar issue or further suggestions on what else may resolve this?
Stephanie
