AMI error while launching IE

Hi! In rare occasions while launching and attaching to IE we get this error " Exception details: AMI error occurred in WaitStart...". Does anybody has idea why it appears? I was not capable to find anything in the forum with this new search engine.

Sounds like an issue starting your app - not an error I have seen before.  Have you tried fitting some kind of exception handling logic into your launch to clean up and retry a number of times?

I got a similar issue that happens all the time when waiting for the main window of a pdf editor application to show up after launching it: AMI error occurred in WaitStart Stage 'Wait4' on page 'page name' - Subquery must be followed by one of '=', '=', '', '%=' '^=' '$='   any ideas ?

Carlo - it like you have an issue with an element, do you have a wildcard or dynamic element where you have not set the value?
