Blue Prism data base server disconnection

Hi, I have an issue with our data base server and a virtual machine. Blue prism is installed on this VM. The issue : We have a disconnection between the blue prism and the data base. The data base try to reconnect but unsuccessfully. We have checked the event viewer on data base server and we have always the same error.     The disconnection start when the user connected to the VM puts his computer into standby state. There are a lot of potential problems with your environment/network that could cause what you describe - you should have someone allocated to your environment that is a trained Technical Lead (system architect that has done all the Blue Prism technical training), that would ensure your infastructure meets the requirements outlined in the Blue Prism reference guides.   If you do not have a trained technical lead involved in your project I recommend that is raised with your leadership as a project risk (which will be the root cause for what you now describe).
