Hi ALL
Recent release of BP v6.8 support multi forest authentication, thus our client decided to migrate from existing single AD authentication to multi AD authentication. However, there is a hard requirement to create a new database instead of upgrade from existing database. Our bigger challenge will be those credential created in Credential Manager. Is there any way to migrate the existing credential from old database after new database created ?
Thanks.

Hi Angelouse,
Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately we can't migrate credentials from one database to another for the security purpose. The basic step will be as below.
I hope we can provide better migration functionality to Multi-Auth database in the future release.
Cheers,
Nobu

Thank you for your post.

- Create a release file including all the credentials
- Import the release file to the new database
- Login to Blue Prism and open each credential to set "Username", "Password" and permission setting
I hope we can provide better migration functionality to Multi-Auth database in the future release.
Cheers,
Nobu
