Authentication Server User Add Error, Running Error

Hi Team,

We are Implementing the "Authentication Server " Configuration steps. In the Blue prism Application Server.

As per the Document during the "Configure Blue Prism users to authenticate via Authentication Server" step in Add User getting an error as below screenshot unable to retrieve Authentication Server Users.

Please suggest if anything need to check for the Authentication Server.
