We are attempting to use Blue Prism 6.10 to automate processes in Solumina, an Operations Process Management software suite from iBASEt. We are able to spy most elements using Win32 and UI Automation modes but have been unable to spy cells in Solumina grids in any mode (we cannot use Region mode in this case). Neither Application Manager nor UI Automation manager give us visibility to the grid elements (rows, columns, cells, etc). If anyone has used Blue Prism with Solumina and can help with this problem, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Michael, are you okay? So I have two questions? Is Solumina based on Java? If so, you can try the Java Access Bridge user... Second question, have you tried using Accessibility Mode for this case?
