I am trying to work out why I am getting the following error in the event viewer of my BP App Server (VM1) when I try and migrate Blue Prism users into Hub (VM2) (using BP v7.0 & Hub v4.3).
"Could not get authentication token for Authentication Server"
I have followed the Authentication Server configuration guide and created a Auth Service Acct, generated the 'secret' and added this service acct detail (inc the Secret) as a Credential in the BP DB.
There is something, however, stopping the 'token' handshake between the BP app server and Auth Server and I cannot figure out what it could be.
Has anyone else come across this error message?

Hi Howard
There could be a number of things here, so I think support@blueprism.com will be your best bet to get this resolved.
Cheers

Thanks Joe
I actually managed to resolve the issue. I needed to create a DNS binding to tie the website urls to the Web Server IP
