Hi Team,
We have installed Blue Prism 6.8 version in windows server 2012 R2 and our SQL database resides in the same server.
One account is already logged in with admin user with local database, and other with SQL database with windows authentication mode.
The problem is Whenever a new user tries to login by default it is going to admin user name only (a) and asking us to create a local database and if we go ahead and create a local database it throws error (b) , and we are not even able to (i) delete the local database and (ii) and if we create a central database it is not getting listed anywhere for the new account. Please provide your insights and assist us on this.

Hello Akshaya,
It looks like you have installed either the Blue Prism Trial or Learning Edition. Both these applications are designed for standalone computers to help people learn about the capabilities of Blue Prism. That's why we automatically install Microsoft SQL Server 2017 LocalDB, to remove the need for full SQL Server.
As you have multiple users and dedicated SQL Server, I'm assuming you are wanting to setup Blue Prism Enterprise.
If this is correct, you can:
- Uninstall Blue Prism Trial (or Learning Edition)
- Install and configure Blue Prism Enterprise
Tip: Steps on how to remove Blue Prism Trial are located on the online help: Uninstall trial edition
