Please excuse my basic question.
No matter how many times I try at the login screen (sign in with BluePrism credentials), I keep getting the message in Japanese: “Login failed. The username or password is incorrect. Please try again.”
The tutorial seems to indicate that the initial information for both fields is “admin,” but even when I try that here, I get this same message.
Could you please provide the specific steps from installation to successful login?

Hello if this is the learning edition the login details should be admin and then the password you set.
If this is the live environment at a workplace you will have to ask your administrator for these initial details and then change your password once you get access. I hope that helps?!
