Blue Prism HUB Authentication Server Configuration Error

Hi Team,

I was installing BP Hub 5.1.1 with BP Enterprise 7.1.2. Installed everything able to login to HUB as a next step was trying to configure Authentication server.

BP Appserver and BP HUB are in Different machines. 

As a next step i have Configure the Blue Prism application server by adding Broker details and Client Id ,Client secret that i have created in HUB Service account. 

Created few users in HUB and now as a next step "Configure Blue Prism users to authenticate via Authentication Server" while trying to add the users via System> Users getting below error:

Error: Unable to Retrieve Authentication Server Users. Only Blue prism users can be displayed

The BP Connection is connected to BP Appserver.

Please suggest resolving the error.

Hi Srihari,

We have a Knowledge Base article here about the "unable to retrieve Authentication Server users" error in BPE -- this can be caused by a misconfiguration of either the AuthServer URL in the BPE client or the clientID/client secret settings, or by a permissions issue with the service account being used. Please work through the suggestions in the article linked above and let us know the results in this thread.

Yes, I have gone through the Knowledge base article and cross checked all mentioned steps still facing the same error.
