Training should not be done adhoc but as part of a structured capability enablement program.
The Blue Prism professional services team, or an consultancy team at one of our Partners, should be working with your Head of RPA to put in place the training paths for all the key Blue Prism roles (ROM Architect/Developer/Technical Lead/Project Manager/etc).
The head of RPA within your organisation should be able to put you on the training path for your role and arrange for you to be provided with the relivant training.
