Blue Prism Stops Working on Getting Below Error

Hi everyone,

1.We are facing an issue in blue prism. We extract the URLs using code stage and search each URL by opening and closing the google through iexplore(browser). The below error we getting, 
 Google Object Open URL Error : Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Lauch&Attach' - A device attached to the system is not functioning. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007001F) Error Counter : Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Lauch&Attach' - A device attached to the system is not functioning. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007001F).

2.We also using the attach and detach of the google, by only launching the iexplore(browser)  single time. For this also we are getting same error. After getting this error the blue prism stops working and closing all the windows. Both techniques we are getting the error.

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help?

Hello Siva, 

This Error is windows related.  (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007001F)  - is related to "A device attached to the system is not functioning" - this can occur due to performance/memory issues. 

This error message appears to be caused by an installation of the O/S or driver issue.  Please see the following links that may help. You may want to work with your infrastructure team to help identify the cause:
