Blue Prism works within Citrix?

Hello, we are analyzing with a client the possibility of using BP. He is going to provide us with an MV for Citrix. BP is certified with Citrix? Does it work without losing functionality if it is installed inside or outside of citrix? Is there an article that you can share with the client about it?

Inside Citrix, no problem.  Outside of Citrix, you need to use Surface Automation.  Many documents regarding how to use it, and it's limitations, can be found in the Documents section on here.

What do you mean by inside citrix? Installed on the citrix server?

The examples of inside citrix is: Citrix XenDesktop (Static Persistent option),.
On the other hands, the examples of outside citrix are: Citrix XenDesktop (Static or Random non-persistent option) and Citrix XenApp.
