Hi there,
There are a number of reasons why your actions may be slow to execute, from what elements were selected in your spy modes, usage of timeouts in the process, how the Runtime Resource is configured with both blue prism and the target applications, to how your infrastructure and database may be set up. Most commonly though it's how the elements are being utilized on the machines. Check with your developers and see if they are experiencing this same issue in both their DEV and UAT environments as well as Production, check further if they are getting this on their Interactive Clients or development machines when they are setting up the elements in the first place. As a general statement, it may be useful for your developers to also review best practices around how they are crafting their processes and objects.
If they are, look at how many elements are being used and review them to see if they make sense. Do the elements selected provide a unique combination? Are there many different elements to compare against in the tree? Is your environment configured correctly to take advantage of the kind of spying mode you're using, such as having Java Access Bridge installed for Java apps, or the Chrome extension instead of using UIA mode. Additionally, make sure that the infrastructure is sized correctly to what you need. While Blue Prism may require two cores and 2gb of ram, it still must run alongside of any other desktop application you may be running, so having the available cores and ram can affect the speed of execution in your process as well. Here I would refer back to Installing Enterprise edition, to ensure that all your infrastructure has been provisioned correctly.
Should this continue, I recommend opening a ticket with support@blueprism.com, where our staff can go into more detail about your situation.
Hope this helps.
