Bot terminated frequently

HI All,

I am running the bot from scheduler in lower env,suddenly bot got terminated and went to connection lost.
I checked the session logs, and it showing the error : "Could not execute the code stage because exception thrown by code stage:operation failed".
Can anyone help me ,why this errror generated ,what is the root cause of this error and how to fix it.

Connection lost status in the control room means that the Bot and application Server are disconnected for some reason,
