any idea on how can we identify the captcha code and automate it.

Captcha is intended to stop robots and usually carries a disclaimer. Consider the legal implications of what you are trying to do.

Legal implications is ok. I guess there are some third party tools which can read captcha code. Do you know any of them which is more reliable

No I don't I'm afraid. I do not advise trying to automate a Captcha screen, without permission from the application owner - there is a reason Captcha is in place.
