Hi..
Just upgraded to Office 365.
When I run my process to create excel, I had error on code stage 'create Instance'
Internal: could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Cannot create Activex component.
May I know how solve this issue?

Hi Yuli,
This error is discussed in our Knowledge Base article, "Why do I get "Cannot create ActiveX component" error when creating instances using MS Office?"
In this KB, the reason for this Microsoft/OS-level error being displayed through Blue Prism is explained, and provided within are links to a Community post where this issue was successfully resolved along with an external link for more information.

I have tried all the solutions provided but it cant be solved.
Some can't be done due to company policy.
Solution I have tried:
Somehow, I managed to try it by "Start process via command line and Open excel instance" and I do not encounter issue on ActiveX. but it is not stable, because the code stage in open excel instance will throw exception to "Create Instance" too.
Any idea if there is other work around?

Solution I have tried:
- Change the registry value
- Uninstall office
- Uninstall BP
- Run with the highest privileges in BP as Admin
