Hello - i followed below steps - for exporting bp release from capture- step 3 is failing.
once i click on restore exports to defaults. step 3 is working fine.
Step 1 - Create or edit a BP release template
Step 2 - Load that template in BP Capture >Setting>Export>Custom Process Template.
Step 3 - Export the bp release from capture
Basically capture is not able to pick our custom template.
i checked the applog from C drive, and noticed below error but not able to find out what does this means.
2024-09-10 21:39:48,761 - root - ERROR - <class 'KeyError'> exception occurred while exporting to portrait layout BP XML, 'Note'

hello @steven.boggs - when i posted the original message. i took the pre-requisite into consideration mentioned in KB article but still it was not working.
