Hi all

Currently using Capture v4.0 - has anyone experienced any issues with CPU performance whilst using the Capture tool? Reports from SMEs have indicated CPU spiked where doing their "day to day" activities was almost impossible as it slowed down laptop performance.

Just wondering if anyone has come across anything similar?

Hello @Kevymc  - Can you check on two thing.

1. Do SME's system meet the system requirement required for capture.

2. is it happening for every recording?
